The house 
Casa Kim is located in the popular Villamartin district, just 10
minutes drive from the popular La Zenia Boulevard. You park upon arrival
conveniently on your doorstep. The front garden, located on the north, offers a nice view
place to have breakfast or cool down. In the sunny backyard, you can enjoy the unobstructed view and look through the trees to a playground where the (grand)children can play. Thanks to the sun canopy you always sit comfortably.

The house exudes Spanish charm, combined with modernity
conveniences. Inside you will find space for up to 6 people. The cozy one
living room invites you to dine or relax and watch Netflix. With excellent WiFi
and a Samsung Smart TV you can stream all your favorite apps. 

Kitchen 
The extensive kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances, such as
an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and induction hob. 
You will also find useful appliances such as a blender, microwave, rice cooker and
coffee maker. Here you can easily cook a delicious meal.

Bedrooms
Casa Kim has three bedrooms:

Ground floor:
One bedroom with a comfortable double bed.

First floor:
One bedroom with two single beds and access to a spacious terrace 15 m².
The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and patio doors to a second balcony of 10m2.

Bathrooms
There are 1.5 bathrooms:

On the ground floor: a toilet and sink.
On the first floor: a bathroom with bath/shower, sink
and toilet.
